MYOVICE Beauty ships globally. Local warehouse orders are faster; other regions are fulfilled from China or a regional hub when local stock is unavailable.

2. Delivery time

For products shipped from a local warehouse, estimated delivery is usually 3-7 days after dispatch.

If the destination has no local warehouse support, or the product is not available locally, the order ships from China and delivery starts from 15 days. Actual timing depends on the logistics tracking record, customs clearance, and destination carrier operations.

3. Order processing

After payment is confirmed, we review the product configuration, destination, stock availability, and carrier options. Some machines may require extra packing or confirmation before shipment.

4. Customs and import duties

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, remote area fees, and customs inspection delays may vary by country and are controlled by local authorities or carriers.

5. Large equipment delivery

Professional beauty machines may be shipped in large cartons or multiple packages. Please inspect the outer packaging when the order arrives and keep photos if there is visible damage.

For shipping estimates, the logistics tracking record is the final reference. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us with your order number and tracking number.
